Fee Schedule

Effective April 15, 2007

Fees to be charged to all government agencies unless specifically stated by statute. When the Clerk is required to perform services for which no fee or compensation are specifically listed, the Clerk shall be allowed fees similar to and allowed for similar services by statute. (RCW 36.18.050)

Payments may be made in cash, cashier’s check, law firm check, money order or personal check.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.

Filing fee, ex parte fee, supplemental proceedings fees, & certified copy fees should be separate checks.  All fees must be paid in advance.  RCW 36.18.020
