Grant County Clerk

Welcome to the Grant County Clerk’s Website! The County Clerk serves the Superior Court and the public as a result of having been elected by the citizens in Grant County to the position. The Washington State constitution established the County Clerk position to create a separation of powers between the keeper of the court records and the judiciary. Kimberly A. Allen is the current County Clerk elected in 2006 by the citizens of Grant County.

The Grant County Clerk is responsible for processing and managing all Superior Court records and financial transactions, including Juvenile Court and Civil Commitment matters. The office provides support staff for 3 Superior Court Judges and 1 Court Commissioner. The office is committed to all relevant laws, rules and policies relating to judicial and administrative procedures.
